The V3 vertical DIY battery box kit is designed for installers, distributors, and energy storage integrators who need a flexible 51.2V LiFePO₄ battery assembly platform.

Built for 16S LiFePO₄ battery configurations, the V3 supports 16 × 280Ah or 300Ah prismatic cells, delivering approximately 14.3kWh to 15.4kWh capacity depending on the selected cells. The vertical tower design reduces installation footprint while providing a clean and organized structure for residential solar energy storage projects.

The enclosure is supplied with a pre-installed JK BMS V19 mounting system, protection components, communication interfaces, and complete assembly accessories, allowing partners to build customized battery systems efficiently.

Integrated Protection & Smart Battery Management

The V3 battery box kit includes essential components required for safe battery assembly:

• JK BMS V19 (PB Series) with CAN and RS485 communication
• 2A active balancing function
• Front-mounted air switch for battery isolation
• Built-in fire protection device
• LCD display for monitoring voltage, SOC, current, and temperature
• Bluetooth monitoring via JIKONG application
