7. Warranty Coverage

FENCH provides limited warranty coverage for eligible products.

Warranty periods:

  • 12V/24V Batteries: 5 years
  • 48V Batteries: 5 years
  • Battery Management System (BMS): 1 year
  • DIY Battery Kits: 2 years
  • Accessories: 1 year

Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper wiring
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Physical damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Damage caused during DIY assembly

8. DIY Battery Assembly Responsibility

Customers purchasing DIY battery products acknowledge that battery assembly requires proper knowledge and safety procedures.

Before assembly, customers must ensure:

  • Battery cells are correctly matched.
  • Cells are properly balanced.
  • Wiring and connections are installed correctly.
  • Safety instructions are followed.

FENCH is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect wiring
  • Failure to follow product instructions

9. Battery Safety Responsibility

Lithium batteries require careful handling.

Customers acknowledge potential risks including:

  • Battery damage caused by misuse

Customers agree to operate and install products according to official manuals and safety instructions.
