  1. Assembly Requirements (DIY Battery Packs)

For all DIY battery packs:

  • Before assembling the battery pack, customers must ensure all cells are properly matched and balanced.
  • Failure to do so may result in damage or unsafe operation.

⚠️ Important:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • The product has no quality issues.
  • Incorrectly assembled battery cells
  • Damage caused during assembly
  • Damage to cells or Battery Management System (BMS) due to improper installation or wiring
  1. Return and Replacement Policy

Eligibility (Within 5 Days of Delivery)

Customers are eligible for a free replacement or refund within 5 days after receiving the product if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • Damage is caused by non-human factors

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all the following conditions:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In original packaging (FENCH packaging )
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification

Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping:

  • Please contact us immediately
  • Provide clear photos or videos for inspection

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Reshipment
  • Replacement
  • Refund

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Refunds do not include transaction fees charged by payment platforms
  • Return shipping costs due to quality issues can be covered by the seller, depending on the specific circumstances.
  1. Repair Service (Paid Service)

We offer paid repair services for eligible products:

  • Batteries: Up to 5 years repair service support
  • Accessories: Up to 1 year repair service support

If any issue occurs:

  • Please provide photos or videos for assessment
  • We will evaluate and offer solutions such as repair, replacement, or partial refund
  1. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Damage caused after assembly
  • Incorrect wiring or improper installation
  • Unbalanced battery assembly
  • Battery swelling or bulging due to misuse
  • Damage caused during welding or modification
  • Failure of BMS due to improper charging or insufficient protection
  1. Battery Safety Warning

By purchasing and using our products, the buyer acknowledges the following risks:

  • Risk of electric shock
  • Risk of electrical arc or fire
  • Chemical exposure from battery electrolyte

Customers must handle batteries with caution and follow proper safety procedures during installation and use.
